The system micro-droplet preparation machine is specially developed for high-precision droplet preparation and observation. It adopts the All-in-one design concept and integrates a pressure pump, a liquid reservoir, a flow meter, a switching valve, a chip, and a high-speed CCD camera, providing a one-stop solution for various micro-droplet preparation experiments.

Microfluidic Droplet Generation

Droplet-based microfluidic chips are a branch of microfluidic chips that create and manipulate discrete volumes of liquids by using immiscible fluid flows. Compared to continuous flow systems, droplet microfluidic systems are able to separate and manipulate samples in separate compartments. The generated droplets of uniform size and shape provide a stable microenvironment for biochemical reactions. And processing a large number of droplets in parallel helps achieve ultra-high throughput. Confining a single target within a droplet and processing each target independently enables high-precision analysis.
